Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available in all guest rooms and meeting spaces.
Deposit: Guests will not be charged a first night's deposit when booking a room.
Tax-Exempt: If you are tax-exempt, you must use a corporate card from your institution/employer. Be sure to bring a copy of your tax exempt certificate to the conference.

Parking is complimentary during the conference.
