1. Create leadership development opportunities for FloridaACE members by restarting the association’s Affinity Group program. Explore opportunities for other affinity groups within the association. 
2. Conduct a comprehensive financial analysis to ensure continued efficiency in organizational operations and investment in programs that directly benefit members. 
3. Explore the feasibility and member value of establishing a dedicated mailing address for the association to streamline member transitions, enhance professionalism, and optimize our resource allocation.
