Actualize Your Purpose: Connecting Your Well-Being to Your Life’s Work will walk you through aligning your values, priorities, and work-life. During this presentation, you will pause to identify your well-being needs, identify values and priorities, define joy on your own terms, and begin building a roadmap for balance and fulfillment.

Isabel Alfonsin-Vittoria was born and raised in Miami, FL. She is an FIU alumna earning both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in psychology. She is a licensed psychotherapist and employee assistance administrator with over 30 years of diverse clinical programs management experience. Her clinical profession has included: development and oversight of local and national behavioral health clinics and hospitals as well as employee assistance and health and wellness programs. Isabel is  a certified mindfulness and meditation teacher and a life coaching specialist.

As Director of the Office of Employee Assistance at Florida International University, she oversees administration of operations and employee assistance clinical services. Major services include confidential consultation, assessment, counseling, referral coordination, and case management. Additionally, she serves as consultant to faculty, staff, and university administrators on employees’ health and wellness issues. She is a critical incident stress manager and the Chair of the university’s faculty and staff threat assessment team. Lastly, she develops and conducts psycho-educational sessions to enhance faculty and staff quality of life, resilience, and worklife integration.
